Today was my baby my nephew Jesse’s Baby Dedication service at church this morning.

My favorite author Randy Alcorn’s Facebook status was appropriate for this today: Consciously or unconsciously, we are continually training our children, engraving our values in them as if in wet cement.
Albert Schweitzer put it this way: “There are only three ways to teach a child. The first is by example; the second is by example; the third is by example.”
My baby Jesse is fortunate to have the most wonderful set of parents who are in ALL respects a model of good works, integrity, and dignity. It makes my heart happy to know that my precious, beautiful baby nephew will be trained up in the way he should go; that he will be taught to walk in truth.
I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth. III John 4
Since I can’t have him I suppose I’ll let them keep him…
He is a lucky little guy. I think he DOES have some really great parents, grandparents, and a pretty good aunt. 😉
His aunt is awesome! Sniff, sniff. I have tears!
