Baby, Sometimes Love Just Ain’t Enough.

Melissa Beene Ford/ Uncategorized

Just so you know, my friends all agree that I’m right.

Just so you know, his misguided friends wrongly think he’s right and that’s ok, they can be wrong too.
Right or wrong (but he’s definitely, without a doubt wrong), I still smile when I think about him.
And that’s all I’m gonna say about that.

Melissa…I love you, but I agree with him! People of the opposite sex can be just friends. I have several guy friends and my husband of 17 years trust me. It all comes down to trust!

BWHAHAHAHAHA!!!! That's hilarious. A 'stinker' and an 'awesome dad?' Maybe you should check the court records and all the evidence that came out during the divorce, or maybe check the report from the private investigator. There's a lot to the story that apparently you haven't heard?

I no all I need to no. I don't linger n the past but look to the future. There r other people that need to do the same. Don't really care what was going on in his divorce. It has nothing to do w/ me. I look @ the kind of man he is proving to be. Believe me, I no there r always two sides to every story……u need to remember that too.

You are the sweetest person I have ever met. And you ALWAYS make ME smile. You have a HUGE heart and are always thinking of others. Don't change a thing about yourself. Let somebody change for you. You deserve it.

This is not who you think it is. I do not go to GABC. But if you want to talk Godly and if you are so in love with You new girlfriend, why don't you just let it all go with Melissa & move on with your life. Just be done with it. The divorce is final, so see your kids when it is your time to be with them & be with you girlfriend. Your life would be so much less stressful if you would

Yeah, everyone knows all awesome dads are unfaithful husbands who care more about spending money on beer and hunting trips than they do on doing things with or for their kids.

It's kind of sad and pathetic to think that an enjoyable evening for the "new" couple is reading his former wife's blog (nope, no lingering here!) This is YOUR new life …consumed with what Melissa is saying and thinking and doing – and we're all pretty proud of just that…a terrific mom with a truly godly man in her life. Have you had an HIV test lately? You might want

I don't understand all the threats and ugly behavior. Both sides need to just stop!!!! All that is important right now is the girls and making sure they are not caught in the middle. Everyone may think these two don't know what's going on but they are smart girls. Children listen and pay attention more than you think they do. Remember that everytime you say or do something! I just want to say, for the record, that 1) I have never, ever said anything negative about the ex on my blog, on Facebook, and most definitely NEVER to my girls; 2) I publish ALL comments, and the opinions expressed here in the comments are NOT mine unless it says so; 3) I'm grateful for really good friends who ALWAYS have my back. 🙂 Oh ~ and 4) MTaylor is really good with words ~ wow. 🙂

Irregardless of the facts as each party views them I don't ever think it's best to get into blog comment wars with your ex. It doesn't help you heal. It doesn't help you be better co parents for your kids. It just builds walls, thickens scars, and hurts lots of people. It may feel real and authentic and such but I just can't see how this sort of thing EVER helps. My advice:

This post had *NOTHING* to do with my ex… NOTHING. PERIOD. ~ I thought that was obvious. He had NO reason to visit my blog and even less reason to comment. I DO write ONLY things I'm comfortable with my mom and Grandma and all my Facebook friends, including my former youth ministers and Sunday School teachers reading, and my kids too should they decide to read back through old posts someday

I agree with you, Melissa. Your friends are adults and it would be silly for you to tell them what they can and cannot say. I agree that your blogs have been fun, and not at all directed toward your ex- but looking back over your blog, he started commenting MONTHS ago, and they are all crazy comments. Sad that he still feels the need to try and control you, and that he makes himself look even

After a lot of thought and advice from a friend, I decided to delete all the comments specifically about prostitutes. I'm also disabling the anonymous comments so that if someone does want to comment, they at least have to identify themselves first. 🙂

I'm not sure where to start. Here's the thing: We have all sinned and fall short of the Glory of God. Period. There is not a single person on this blog that hasn't sinned. We, as the church body, represent Christ on earth. Don't judge or you will be judged. And the measure of judgment that YOU use will be used against you. That in itself is enough to make me think
