Flashback Friday… on Saturday.

Melissa Beene Ford/ Uncategorized

I can tell from the paint color on the wall that this picture was taken in 2005, meaning my sweet KB was four years old.

This sweaty little rugrat had worked in the yard with me all day, and found these three doodlebugs.

Doodlebugs that she named Heart, Flower, and Sparklerainbow. If that’s not seeing the beauty in the ordinary, I don’t know what is.

Heart, Flower, and Sparklerainbow didn’t stick around long enough for me to learn which one was which…

They mysteriously … uh…. ran away from home later that evening.

Yes. She played outside all day in a smocked outfit. With a hairbow in her hair. This was my first child…. and that's all I have to say about that. 😉
