Just to prove to you what I’ve known all along, that my kids really ARE the cutest kids in the whole world, I have to show you their new haircuts.
Of course, they were cute enough before. This pic was taken just a week or two ago.
It was a struggle getting them to agree to get their hair cut. I LOVE ‘bob’ haircuts on little girls, but as it turns out — and I blame Hannah Montana for this — they both decided they need long hair. (*sigh)
They just don’t understand that without Hannah Montana’s full makeup crew, long hair only makes them look like grubby little rugrats by the end of the school day.
So I put my foot down, exerted my parental authority, dragged them kicking and screaming to Sunny at Curl Up and Dye, and begged her to do something. And she didn’t let me down.

And Annie. She’s had haircuts before (two I think…literally), but this was her first full salon experience… usually they spray her hair with water but THIS time, she got to experience the bliss of getting her hair washed:
