If I Didn’t Love Her So Much This Would Really Hack Me Off.

Melissa Beene Ford/ Uncategorized

So. I mentioned that Annie woke me up in the wee hours of the morning with an adrenaline-inducing tap on my back.

She then proceeded to cough incessantly…

…until I stumbled downstairs to get her some cough medicine.

I came back upstairs to find her sleeping soundly on my floor, sans cough medicine; I never went back to sleep.

Her? Oh, never fear; she coped… she sacked right out with her blanket and pillow and slept contentedly for HOURS, right there on the carpet.

I had to step over her to get ready for work, as she slept soundly, peacefully, beautifully through the process.

It doesn’t seem fair, does it?
