It took a while for reality to sink in… we’re having a girl!
More smocked dresses. It wasn’t that long ago that I was lamenting the end of the smocked dress era, and I’m almost giddy that I get to dress a little girl in Orient Expressed dresses again.

And of COURSE… we can’t forget about the hairbows. I’d say it’s time to crank the hairbow factory back up…
In fact, I’m going to make her her first hairbow today: a white sheer bow with feathers on a tiny little headband. I can’t wait.
Yeah. I’m a little excited that the smocked dress era isn’t over after all.
*Sigh. I'm glad I saved the receipt for the battle ax baby rattle. <br />I'm going to end up with estrogen poisoning! I'll have to double up on man things I guess. More fishing trips and late night Gears of War sessions. 😉
yeah for smocked dresses and bows! so excited for you both!!
You'll be SOOOO head-over-heels in love with this child that you'll never miss the battle ax baby rattle, I have a feeling. 🙂
I thought about you when I was writing this, with your three little girls in smocked dresses and big bows!
